Professional bodybuilder ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER demonstrates a stretching exercise with Women’s Bodybuilding World Champion LISA LYON, during a book photo shoot. Born in a small village in Austria, Arnold took up weight training at a young age and soon rose to the top as a bodybuilding champion. His break in acting came in the 1982 hit film ‘Conan the Barbarian’. Since Conan, Arnold has maintained a long lasting career as an actor. Arnold also became active in U.S. politics in the early 80’s and has since been voted into office as the Governor of California by way of a controversial recall of former Governor Gray Davis.
